When you are doing a lot of business, if you are buying, selling, needing stuff for short term, long term - the speed with which the Chrisman agency will turn around quotes and get things bound on the fly is amazing. Not only that, if you have a lot going on, and sometimes it's difficult to keep track of all of your policies and premiums, I get regular follow up and manual ACH pay by phone right then, which honestly saves time over multiple online portals.
